Southern Sweet Iced Tea 
A KosherEye.com signature recipe

3 Family size tea bags
6 cups of cold water
1 cup of sugar

Combine water and sugar. Bring to boil; Mix with a spoon until sugar dissolves. Add tea bags and remove from heat. Let steep at room temperature until cool. Optional: Add fresh mint, peach, lemon or orange.  Pour into a glass pitcher and refrigerate. When ready to serve, remove tea bags. Fill tall glasses with ice and pour tea.

Notes: 
Yield: serves 8 
The southern way: Serve in a mason jar with lots of ice!
