There are only three ingredients in this recipe for Salmon with Fried Onions. What could be easier! Take it from us – this is delicious!
Four five-ounce salmon fillets
2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 cups canned French-fried onions like French’s
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Brush each fillet with honey mustard and press French-fried onions into the salmon so they stick.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve with Tartar sauce or Malt vinegar on side. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
