A KosherEye Heirloom Recipe – Parve
Ingredients:
3 large eggs 2 cups Cup Coffee Rich® Non-Dairy Creamer 2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 8 ounces parve sour cream, such as Tofutti brand 1 20-ounce can pineapple (tidbits or crushed) with juice 2 cup raisins 4 tablespoons parve margarine melted/cooled, such as Earth Balance 8 ounces uncooked medium noodles
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT noodles
Place noodles on bottom of a greased 9 x 12–inch pan. Pour ingredients over noodles.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour |
