5-ounce jar green olives with pimentos, rinsed, drained (set liquid aside)
2 8-ounce containers parve soy cream cheese, such as Tofutti brand
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small sweet onion
In a food processor, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise with the green olives and onion until smooth. Thin the mixture, if necessary, by adding some of the juice from the olive jar.
Serve chilled with chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
For a dairy version, use cream cheese
