Perfect for Pesach by Naomi Nachman
Passover recipes you’ll want to make all year
Artscroll Shaar Press
We have the pleasure of calling Naomi Nachman a special colleague and a foodie friend. She is creative, energetic and a talented chef. When you are in a room with Naomi, her enthusiasm, love of cooking, and her personality shine. We found the same in her wonderful debut cookbook, Perfect for Pesach. Naomi's expertise and culinary passion light up the pages of this delicious Passover cookbook.
In this, her debut cookbook, Naomi shares some of her popular recipes from over two decades of cooking and catering for Passover. The recipes are contemporary, Passover friendly of course, but also appealing for serving year round. She has enticed us with unique recipes for Hawaiian Poke, pastrami meatballs, charoset salad, rocky road fudge, Seder pot roast and many more..
Perfect for Pesach guides the reader on how to create gourmet, do-able and innovative meals for the Passover table. Naomi says. “My goal is to help home cooks prepare delicious meals without making the process too complicated or exhausting”. I want you to be as excited about cooking for Pesach as I am. These recipes are so delicious, your family and friends will be asking for them all year long.”
The book presents 125 recipes, beautifully photographed by blogger and cookbook author, Miriam Pascal. Perfect for Pesach also provides freezer and make ahead advice, kitchen equipment recommendations and cooking tips from Naomi’s years of professional experience.
We highly recommend this book as a KosherEye “gift yourself or gift others” holiday selection. What a “Perfect for Pesach” gift for your Passover host or your cookbook library.
And, one more thing…Congrats Naomi, we’re proud of you!
