Professional Multi-Chopper PDF Print E-mail

Chop-Chop.  We have discovered  an indispensible kitchen assistant in the Professional Multi-Chopper ($49.95) sold exclusively at Williams-Sonoma.  Its four interchangeable stainless-steel blades perform various chopping, paring, slicing, wedging and coring tasks on fruits and vegetables.

We tested it, and how did it work?

AMAZING! Insert the correct blade, then push down firmly on the spring-loaded lid, and it cuts whole fruits and vegetables and deposits slices into a removable, closed container.  Our favorite operation: slicing whole potatoes into French fries!  It worked well on everything we tested including onions, squash, bell peppers, cucumbers… and it even cored and wedged apples.  It is dishwasher safe!

Watch a video of this chopper in action, read customer reviews at williams-sonoma.com, or just visit the store. For cook-aholics like us, a visit to a Williams Sonoma store is like a visit to Disneyland. Try it! Williams-Sonoma.com.
