Dr. Praeger's has introduced a line of vegetable pancakes which can be heated in the oven, toaster oven or microwave. We sampled their newest varieties -- Roasted Corn, Zucchini and Carrot, and Root Vegetable -- and enjoyed each. They were delicious and best of all easy to prepare. . . just heat and eat!
For a full dinner entree, we topped our roasted corn cake with faux kosher crab and mango salsa.
