Made with  Daiya parve alternative kosher cheddar -– Have it Your Way! Because of shrinkage during cooking, we start off with more than 1/4-pound of meat in order to end up with a "Quarter Pounder".

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground chuck for 3 burgers
Salt, pepper or your favorite burger seasonings
Sautéed, grilled or caramelized onions
Sliced tomato, lettuce
3 split sesame seed bun

Directions:

Shape meat into 3 hamburger patties.

Grill, pan fry or broil meat

Top with shredded Daiya cheddar when almost cooked through. Continue cooking until Daiya is melted.

Place on sesame bun and top with onions, tomato, lettuce  Enjoy!

Notes:

Yield: 3 servings
