An old-time favorite that is easy to prepare, recipe can be doubled and can even be frozen!  How can you beat that?

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons parve margarine
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
7 cups Crispix cereal (mixture of corn, rice, wheat)
1 cup salted mixed nuts
1 cup pretzels (thin or mini round)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

In oven, melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.  Remove pan from oven. Stir in garlic salt, onion salt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add cereal, nuts, and pretzels, stirring until coated.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.  Spread on paper towels to dry. Store in airtight container.

Notes:

Yield: 9 cups

Parve/Can double recipe/Can be frozen

If freezing, thaw at room temperature in container in which it was stored.
