Chef and cookbook author Kim Kushner shared two of her most requested recipes with KosherEye.
As a member of a large family, Kim Kushner learned to cook by eating, and helping to prepare family feasts during the many summers she spent in Israel. She pursued her interest in food preparation by studying at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan and worked at several food publications as well. Kim's skill at preparing gourmet kosher dishes from simple and fresh ingredients resulted in positions as a private chef in New York City, teaching private cooking classes, and now the publication of her book, The Modern Menu.
