Breakfast Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 2/3 cups flour
2 scoops Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein -Vanilla
1-teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup oil
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla yogurt
1-teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped and toasted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
In one bowl, whisk together flour, whey, baking soda, cinnamon, salt
In second bowl, with electric mixer or by hand, mix eggs, sugar, oil and yogurt until light; add vanilla extract
Fold dry mixture into batter. Top with nuts.
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
