1/2 lb. butter, unsalted
1/4 cup honey
1/3 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional: 1 teaspoon of orange zest or lemon zest
Let butter soften at room temperature
With mixer, whip butter until smooth and creamy. Add honey, vanilla and/ or optional zest.
Enjoy! Delicious on freshly baked bread.
For parve- use parve margarine or butter substitute
If you like salted butter, add a small pinch of sea salt when whipping
Shape leftover honey butter into logs and refrigerate or freeze
