A KosherEye Signature Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk or half and half
2 cups faux kosher crabmeat, diced into small pieces
2 cups diced Swiss cheese
1 cup scallions, chopped
2 9-inch pie shells
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs, mayonnaise, flour and milk until well blended. Stir in crab, cheese and scallions. Divide and spread into the 2 pie shells.
Bake 40 plus minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
