Black Russian Cake

This is an extremely moist and delicious cake. The coffee liqueur and vodka gives it an exceptionally rich and unique flavor. No one would guess that is was made from a cake mix.

Ingredients:

Cake:
1 box parve yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 small package of Instant Chocolate Pudding
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup kosher Kahlua or coffee liqueur
1/4 cup Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka or plain vodka
1 teapoon vanilla
3/4 cup water

Icing:
1/2 cup coffee liqueur
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted 
Optional: 1/3 cup cocoa - if you would like chocolate icing
A few drops of coconut or almond milk until icing is preferred consistency

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Using a stand mixer, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add remainder of  cake ingredients. Mix for 4 minutes 
Pour into greased bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes. 
Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan. 
Make the icing: Whisk icing ingredients together until smooth. Use tiny straws or toothpicks  to make holes on top of cake. Drizzle icing over warm cake. 
Let cool; cover and refrigerate. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
