9-inch graham cracker crust
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand, Kroger are kosher)
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup Nellie & Joes Key West Lime Juice
Combine milk, egg yolks, lime juice. Blend with whisk or on low speed of mixer until smooth and well combined. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating.
Optional: Top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with thinly sliced limes just before serving. Freezes well!
