This moist, easy and luscious cake is made with 4 ingredients. It was inspired by a yummy 2 ingredient recipe shared by our cousin Barbara. (Love family recipes!) We added the coconut and rum!
Ingredients
1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup dried coconut
1 Tablespoon rum
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
With an electric mixer on slow, combine cake mix with pineapple; Mix on medium for 1 minute
Add coconut and rum - mix a few seconds more
Pour into a non-stick 9 x 13 pan
Bake for about 35 minutes, until browned and slightly cracked on top
Optional: Whipped cream topping
