Cranberry Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients:

3 cups Wild Thymes Cranberry Raspberry Sauce
1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh-squeezed)
½ cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water

Directions:

Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium high-heat. Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is heated (about 5 minutes).

Transfer to a 9x13-inch metal baking pan and place in freezer. Freeze for 3 hours, stirring with a spoon every hour to break up crystals. Scoop into chilled bowls and serve.
