Tofutti Ice Cream with Granola and Sliced Peaches

Adapted from Quick & Kosher Meals in Minutes by Jamie Geller

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed, or 3 cups fresh peaches, sliced
1 (64-ounce) container parve vanilla ice cream
1 cup granola, any variety

Directions:

In each of six dessert bowls, place 2 scoops of ice cream and 1/3 cup peaches. Sprinkle 2  1/2 tablespoons granola over top.
