Sangria in the Sukkah



3 cored peeled and chopped apples
6 ounces Triple Sec
1 bottle sparkling wine – like Bartenura Prosecco, Bartenura Rose or Hagafen Cuvee
16 ounces chilled Ginger Ale or Sprite
4 ounces orange juice
Thinly sliced oranges for garnish


Let apples macerate in Triple Sec and orange juice 4 hours or overnight
Just before serving add other ingredients
Mix with wooden spoon. Enjoy!


Serves 8. A sparkling medium dry or dry wine works well in this delicious bubbly drink.
