Ingredients
6 ounces strong brewed coffee
2 sugar cubes (about 2 teaspoons granulated sugar)
1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey-about one jigger (For kosher brands, see CRC Liquor List)
Heavy cream, lightly whipped
Directions
Fill heatproof glass mug with very hot water to pre-heat, then empty.
Pour hot coffee into hot mug or glass until it is about three-quarters full.
Drop in two cocktail sugar cubes.
Stir until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
Add full jigger of Irish whiskey for proper taste and body.
Top with whipped cream by pouring gently over a spoon.
Enjoy it while piping hot.
