Our mango mint mojito is light, lovely spring drink combining rum, fresh lime juice, and mint. The citrus and sweetness combine to make a refreshing and cooling cocktail.
6 ounces rum
8 - 10 chunks mango
Squeeze of lime juice (juice from about 1/2 a lime)
1 Tablespoon Rose’s Sweet lime juice
A few mint leaves
In a blender combine rum, mango, Rose’s lime juice and fresh lime.
Pulse until smooth.
Fill cocktail glasses with ice cubes. Pour cocktail into glasses, garnish with a mint sprig
Yield: Approximately 4 servings
If you would like a sweeter drink, add 2 Tablespoons of simple syrup.
