Moroccan Fish

6-8 Pieces of Salmon or Tilapia
¼ cup Olive Oil
3 Jalapenos (less if you don’t like spicy)
1 large Onion
6 Garlic Cloves
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
3 medium Tomatoes
2 tsp Onion Powder, 2 tsp Garlic Powder, 2 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp Black Pepper
4 Cubes Frozen Parsley
4 Cubes Frozen Basil
2 tsp Ground Course Sea Salt
6 cups Marinara Sauce
½ cup Tomato Paste
2 large Lemons, sliced


Preheat oven to 350. Season fish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Slice jalapenos, peppers, dice onions, and tomatoes, and smash garlic cloves. In a large saucepan over medium heat add olive oil, tomato paste, marinara sauce, remaining spices with a pinch of salt and pepper, and vegetables. Saute over medium flame for 10 mins while occasionally stirring. Place fish in a 9x13 pan and pour contents from saucepan over the fish. (The fish should be fully submerged under the sauce.) Place sliced lemons over the sauce. Cover the pan and cook for 45 mins to an hour.
