A Traditional Asian delicacy made with Jack's Facon Burger. A tasty mixture of meat with, fresh ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg and Chinese cabbage is in wonton skins. Steam and serve to your party guests.
Ingredients
100 Wonton wrappers like Nasoya
2 packages Jack's Facon Burger patties, crumbled
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 egg, beaten
4 cups Chinese cabbage, shredded
Directions
Saute crumbled patties in 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
Put all ingredients except wonton wrappers in a large bowl; Combine with fork
Place 1 teaspoon in center of wonton; Moisten edges with water and form a triangle. Pinch edges together. Place dumplings on a lightly floured surface until ready to cook.
Steam dumplings in a bamboo or metal steamer for about 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
