Ingredients
1 bone-in chuck steak or chuck roast (about 3-4 lbs., 2 inches thick)
1 package Char Crust Roto Roast or Char Crust Original Hickory Grilled
Directions
Rinse and thoroughly dry meat
Dredge (Rub on all 4 sides) with Char Crust
Pre-heat oven to 350
Put meat in small roasting pan
Cover with a layer of parchment, then foil
Roast for about 1 hour, or until meat is tender
Serve with roasted or mashed potatoes
Serves about 4
