Mississippi Roast
Instant Pot Mississippi Roast


5-6 lbs. Chuck Roast
½ cup vegetable or beef broth
½ cup pepperoncini juice
1 envelope parve Ranch Dressing Mix like Lipton Kosher
1 envelope Au Jus Gravy Mix (or Brown Gravy Mix)
6-8 pepperoncini peppers


Turn Instant Pot to saute, and brown roast on both sides. Remove roast.
Pour the broth and pepperoncini juice in the pressure cooker.
Add roast.
Sprinkle gravy mix and ranch dressing mix over roast
Top with pepperoncini.
Cook at high pressure on manual for 50 minutes.
Then use natural release for 15 minutes and turn to quick release
