Ingredients:

Rack of ribs

Bone Sucking Sauce Steak Seasoning & Rub

1 tbsp. garlic powder

1 tbsp. onion powder

BBQ sauce of your choice (we recommend Rufus Teague Sweet Honey)

1 tbsp. Olive oil

Instructions:

Pat the with a paper towel until dry. Place the ribs in a pan and rub the entire piece of meat with olive oil. Once the rubs are well oiled apply a layer of Bone Sucking Sauce Steak Seasoning & Rub on all sides of the ribs. Be sure to coat the ribs with one full layer of rub. Then use half of your tbsp of garlic powder and onion powder to additionally coat the top and bottom of the ribs on top of the already applied rub.

Cover the pan with tin foil and cook the ribs for 4 hours at 300F (Oven or BBQ).

When the ribs are finished cooking, take out and cool for 5 mins. After 5 mins, fully cover the top of the ribs with a layer of BBQ sauce. Turn the oven on low broil and place the ribs back in the oven on the lowest rack. The broil will candy the BBQ sauce but be sure to eye the ribs. The process should take about 3-4 mins but be sure to watch the ribs after 2 mins because the sauce can burn quickly. Once the sauce on the ribs is bubbling, remove it from the oven, let them cool and enjoy!
