Passover Ketchup

Ingredients
One 6-ounce can tomato paste
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk until smooth.
When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Remove pan from heat and cover until cool. Chill and store in a sealed container.

Makes 1 1/2 cups
