Towering Potatoes

This side dish is very easy to prepare and elegant in presentation. It will impress your guests.

Ingredients

8 medium red potatoes
4-tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dry rosemary (optional)
4 springs of fresh rosemary

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Slice the potatoes to ½ inch thick slices and arrange them in one layer on a baking pan.
In a small bowl combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and dried rosemary, mix well.
Drizzle the oil mixture all over the potatoes
Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes.
Once potatoes are ready, stack them into small towers and place a spring of fresh rosemary through the center of each.
Approximately: 6 servings
