       macaroon crust with chocolate

 Ingredients: 
One  9"  Passover friendly pie crust - such as a macaroon crust

Filling:
1 pkg. instant pudding  - any flavor 
1/2 cup parve coconut milk or  dairy whole milk
1 container (8 ounces) parve Rich Whip topping- or 8 ounces whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
8 ounces  melted chocolate chips or 8 ounces semi sweet chocolate bars
Topping:
1 8–ounce container parve Rich's Whip topping- or heavy cream, whipped
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Directions: 

Filling
In a large bowl, combine  milk, dry pudding, whipping cream, vanilla and mix with beater at medium speed— until thick and combined. 
With spatula, gently fold in melted chocolate
Topping:
Separately, whip Rich's topping  or heavy cream with vanilla until thick.  Spread whipped topping on pie.
Refrigerate.  

Notes:

This pie can be made in any flavor you like. We often use bananas and create banana cream pie or add coconut and make coconut cream pie
