The World’s Easiest Baked Chicken
Our dear DIL Aliza recently prepared this chicken recipe for 50 people. It is a delicious, easy recipe for everyday, and it's Passover perfect too! Double or triple or more if needed.
1 - 8 piece cut up fryer
1/3 of a 40 ounce jar Gold’s Sweet and Sour Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean and dry chicken, and shake a bit of garlic powder on both sides of each piece.
Place chicken in an oven-safe baking dish; pour sauce over chicken and place baking dish in oven. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Serve with additional sweet and sour sauce on the side. Serves about 3-4 as written.
