Ingredients
2/3 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon (about 2 Tablespoons)
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chopped green olives with pimento
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients and use over a green salad
