Layered Taco Salad

This makes a beautiful, sensational dish as part of a casual buffet... especially with a frosted Margarita.

Ingredients

1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
1 package Southwest seasoning mix or taco seasoning mix like
McCormick® Perfect Pinch Mexican Seasoning
1 package (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup prepared guacamole
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup sliced black olives

Directions

Spread refried beans in a glass shallow serving dish.
Mix sour cream and Seasoning Mix in small bowl until well blended. Spread over refried beans.
Top with layers of cheese, guacamole, tomatoes, onions and olives. Serve with free tortilla chips.
Optional: Bell pepper, corn, parve chicken strips or parve ground beef ...Serves a crowd!

Notes

For parve, omit cheese and use parve sour cream like Tofutti brand.
