A quick, healthful and delicious salad
Ingredients
1 bag broccoli salad, or use about 12 ounces of parboiled broccoli
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, cashews or slivered almonds
1 cup craisins
1/4 cup scallions
Dressing
4T apple cider vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Combine salad ingredients
Mix dressing
Combine salad and dressing at least 3-4 hours before serving. Refrigerate.
Served chilled
