Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

 The perfect snack for "noshing" or topping a salad. Easy to prepare!

 toasted pumpkin seeds


Approximately 1 lb. raw pumpkin seeds
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour pumpkin seeds into a plastic bag. Add about 2 Tablespoons oil...and  sea salt to taste. Shake until coated. Line a pan with parchment. Add seeds in 1 layer. Roast about 30 minutes or just until seeds change to a brownish color...


 Along with the sea salt, feel free to experiment with spices such as cumin or cayenne
