Black Olive Hummus

Serve with pita chips or pita bread for a delicious vegetarian appetizer, snack or lunch. Recipe adapted from "VegetarianSnob.com"

Ingredients

1-cup canned chickpeas, rinsed
½ can black olives – about 4 ounces
1 -2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup Soom Foods tehina 
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1-3 Tablespoons water, if too thick

Directions

In a food processor or with a blender, combine chickpeas, olives, garlic and salt. Pulse about 20 seconds until fairly smooth
Add lemon and tehina- pulse until smooth
Drizzle in olive oil
If too thick, add water. Enjoy
