This is an extremely moist and delicious cake. The coffee liqueur and vodka gives it an exceptionally rich and unique flavor. No one would guess that is was made from a cake mix.


1 box parve yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 small package of Instant Chocolate Pudding
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup kosher Kahlua or coffee liqueur
1/4 cup Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka or plain vodka
1 teapoon vanilla
3/4 cup water

1/2 cup coffee liqueur
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using a stand mixer, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add remainder of the cake ingredients. Mix for 4 minutes.

Pour into greased bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.

Make the icing: Whisk icing ingredients together until smooth. Use tiny straws to make holes on top of cake. Drizzle icing over warm cake.

Let cool; cover and refrigerate. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
