World’s Easiest Cheesecake Pie

A KosherEye Signature Recipe



1 graham crust (we like Wholly Wholesome)
2 tubs cream cheese (parve tofutti brand or dairy cream cheese)
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can black cherry or blueberry pie filling


In a bowl, combine cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla; mix well with whisk or electric mixer on low speed. Pour fruit filling into pie crust.
Top with cheese mixture. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Refrigerate for 8 hours. Top with real or parve whipped cream, if desired
