Ingredients:
1 9–graham cracker crust
Filling:
1 pkg. Jello or Royal parve vanilla or banana cream instant pudding
1/2 cup parve vanilla soy milk or dairy whole milk
1 container (8 ounces) parve Rich Whip topping- or 8 ounces whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 sliced bananas, plus additional banana for garnish
Topping:
1 8–ounce container parve Rich's Whip topping*
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl, add milk, dry pudding, whipping cream, vanilla and mix with beater at medium speed— until thick and combined.
Slice bananas and place in crust; spoon mixture into crust.
Whip Rich's topping with vanilla until thick. Spread whipped topping on pie.
Refrigerate. Garnish with sliced bananas just before serving.
Notes:
Optional: Add 2 teaspoons LeRoux Crème de banana liqueur to pie filling mixture before mixing.
*2 cups real dairy whipped cream (sweetened) or defrosted Cool Whip can be used instead of parve whipping cream.
