Pineapple, Cream of Coconut, Rum...what more needs to be said! The perfect blend of flavors! Carumba!
Ingredients:
1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1 can kosher Cream of Coconut (like Coco Lopez)
2 cups crushed ice
12 ounces light rum*
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice. Blend about 30 seconds.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a flag pick.
Notes:
Yield: 6-8 servings
*Rum may be omitted for non-alcoholic Piña Coladas!
