It is definitely cooking with color as the photographs do entice one to explore the recipes, which are varied and include a good selection from each category. The recipe instructions are clear and well written and do not include any ingredients that are difficult to find. The earth's bounty is the central theme of the cookbook and the introduction features a very informative description on vegetables: the groups, health benefits, preparation, cooking terms, and a storage location/time chart. This is a useful resource for healthful cooking. The cookbook was edited by respected cooking maven and cookbook author, Noreen Gilletz. Cooking with Color is a delightful cookbook, well written, and one that will find a permanent place in any cookbook library.
