We love our Instant Pot, period. We have a 6-quart Duo, and use it regularly to pressure cook chuck, brisket, stews and top of the rib roasts. However with its 100 recipes and guides, this book has widened our repertoire. In addition to detailed, understandable usage instructions, and a chart with cooking time guidelines, there are simple recipes for caramelized onions; chili, beans, potato chowder, wild rice, quick pickled vegetables. Additionally, there is an entire slow cooker section. As one reviewer stated: This book should be in the Instant Pot packing box. We agree!
