KIND Healthy Snacks

KIND bars were born in 2003, as all natural whole nut and fruit bars, made from ingredients you can “both see and pronounce”.

Each type of KIND Bar is available in a variety of flavors – brimming with nuts and fruits, just sweet enough to satiate anyone’s sweet tooth and packed with vitamins and nutrients. We tasted assorted flavors –  and it was KIND of difficult to select the ones we liked best.

We particularly enjoyed Madagascar Vanilla Almond, Apple Cinnamon & Pecan, Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt. But honestly, we liked all of the many flavors we sampled—every one!

KIND Plus bars are available in Chocolate Cherry Cashew + Antioxidants, Almond & Coconut, and Cranberry Almond + Antioxidants. They are scrumptious, and made us feel good because we knew we were munching on  healthful snacks, loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

KIND Nuts & Spices, one of KIND’S newest products, come in the following flavors: Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt, Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan, Madagascar Vanilla Almond, and Cashew & Ginger Spice and are all 5g of sugar or less with nothing artificial.  For more information visit KindNutSpices.com.

We also enjoyed the KIND Healthy Grains Mix, artisanal blends of whole grains & superfoods. These bagged snackable clusters can be enjoyed by the handful, on-the-go, over yogurt or ice cream – or as we also did – as a snack with coffee. The mixes are available in six varieties: Peanut Butter Whole Grain Clusters, Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds, Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds, Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia & Quinoa, Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Clusters and Oats & Honey Clusters with Toasted Coconut.

KIND products are kosher certified OU parve and OU-D. Check the wrapper.

In addition to these wonderful products, KIND has a remarkable mission; The DO the KIND Thing campaign. designed to simultaneously foster unexpected acts of kindness. The KIND social mission is embodied in the KIND Movement, which inspires unexpected KINDINGS – i.e., unexpected acts of kindness. Here too, the act of KINDING someone else makes both the recipient of the kindness, and the person doing the KINDING, just a little happier
