So Much Kosher, So Little Time...
Sometimes, not often, but sometimes, we discover a new or not so new—but new to us—kosher certified product or gadget, but cannot sample, test, taste and report on it in a timely manner. This may also apply to a wonderful product sample we receive.
We have decided to share some quick thoughts with our new feature – KosherBuzz! We will highlight product discoveries for you. If you taste, try, or sample the item, let us know. Some of these unique products may be fully featured in the future in the KosherEye spotlight.
Product Buzz:
Mary’s Gone Crackers Sticks and Twigs whole grain, made with no refined flours. Great shape to dip or to snack. OU parve. Available in sea salt, chipotle, curry flavors. Marygonecrackers.com.
Trader Joe’s Italian style Sausage-less Sausage. Just sauté or microwave following package directions; these OK certified kosher parve “sausages” taste like the "real thing”. Add to recipes that call for Italian sausage.
Trader Joe's Chocolately Coated Chocolate Chip Dunkers. We love these cookies – great with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk. Contain no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. OU-dairy.

Nasoya makes kosher, parve wraps – both egg roll and won ton sizes. We think these are essentials for kosher Asian style cooking; some cooks even use them for kreplach and ravioli! Recipes at Nasoya.com.
