HOLLA FOR CHALLAH
Compiled by Yaakov Galen, Editor-in-chief.
For us, the summer months are a time for experimentation. That goes for our Challah recipes as well. My wife and I both love our parents' recipes but we wanted to come up with one that we develop and love together. We’ve tried different recipes over the past year but are not satisfied with any of them yet. If you have a favorite, let us know!
Below you will find three of my favorite recipes:
1. Rebbetzin Kanievsky's Challah Recipe
2. Bread Machine Challah
3. Challah Hack with Rhodes Rolls
We consider this Challah recipe a national treasure. It is also the most visited Challah recipe on our website. You can see the Rebbetzin's actual handwritten recipe on the attached image.

Busy Friday, working Friday, running around Friday, FORGOT THE CHALLAH FRIDAY?! No worries, if you have a bread machine you can have it knead your dough for you while you continue on with your busy Friday.

This is a hack, but a good one. If you ever find yourself without Challah for Shabbos and you are not in the mood for store-bought, this Challah Hack is a life saver.
