Roasting Whole Garlic
Roasted garlic is so versatile. It can add a special flavor to foods such as pasta, bread, poultry, meat and fish dishes. When mashed into a homemade salad dressing or sauce, it is simply an irresistible treat for garlic lovers.
Roasting whole garlic is easy. Just slice off part of the end, drizzle on some olive oil, salt and pepper and wrap one or more whole garlics in foil. Enjoy it as part of a recipe or eat it on a baguette or cracker, when warm and toasty, right out of the oven.
