Anne Byrn followed a cake dream to create a yellow cake mix that gets its color from butter and eggs, not artificial colors, and its scent from real Madagascar vanilla. Her cake dream is now a reality, a Kof–K dairy kosher certified reality.

In addition to the yellow cake mix, Anne’s second creation is a chocolate mix with a deep chocolate fudgy flavor. Her chocolate mission was to develop a cake mix that resulted in a cake that tasted as good as her mom’s, but that didn’t require an afternoon to assemble.

There are only 5 (yellow cake) or 6 (chocolate cake) ingredients in each cake mix, period! No additives, preservatives or trans fats.

The cake mixes – which are available in both old fashioned yellow and deep dark chocolate are simple to make, and oh so good, especially when slathered with frosting…Chocolate Buttercream or Vanilla Buttercream.
