Bookbinder's Kosher Soups

Bookbinderslogo

Since 1865 Philadelphians and tourists have trekked to the Old Original Bookbinder's Restaurant, located dockside on the Delaware River. The restaurant grew originally out of the life of the seaport itself when Samuel Bookbinder opened for business.

Bookbinder's Specialties now offers some traditional restaurant favorites for at home use, and sold online and in specialty and grocery stores nationwide. Four of the varieties are both kosher and parve. We found these convenient to use, and an excellent addition to lunch or dinner cool weather meals.
