Hand Made Fresh Ravioli

Brent Delman, The Cheese Guy has changed the world of kosher cheese, just as the Herzog family changed the world of kosher wine. Simply said, Brent is a kosher cheese innovator. . or as he calls himself “One Wild and Cheesy Guy”
The cheeses are small-batch, kosher, vegetarian and 100% free of artificial preservatives and flavorings. “Spread them, Grate them or Dig in” They range from aged, soft, cheddars, and spicy, to International specialties such as Italian and Danish.. In recent months, The Cheese Guy has been “accessorizing” his cheeses with artisan crackers and preserves.

Our favorite new product was introduced to us at Kosherfest, is The Cheese Guy handmade in Italy, fresh ravioli pasta.
The ravioli is currently available in 2 flavors: tomato and mozzarella and  Ricotta and Spinach
We added sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms to the tomato and mozzarella ravioli, sprinkled with some Cheese Guy Parmesan and enjoyed every bite. Delizioso!
The product is kosher, dairy and chalav yisroel.

Recipe: KosherEye Tomato and Mozzarella Ravioli  
3 Tablespoons olive oil 
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 
½ cup sun dried tomatoes 
1 package fresh kosher ravioli - We used the The Cheese Guy brand 
In a deep fry pan, warm oil, and then sauté mushrooms until softened; add tomatoes, simmer about 2 minutes more; Gently stir in 1 package of cooked ravioli. Simmer and stir until warmed through. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if available.
