8"x 10" print ready for framing, unsigned

By Ann D. Koffsky, Artist/Illustrator

This meaningful print is created in vivid acrylic based colors, on gessoed paper, in honor of the Rosh Hashanah. All the symbols of the New Year are brought together in this scene, illustrating hopes for a year full of peace, good deeds, sweetness and hope.

About artist/illustrator Ann Koffsky:
Ann knew in Kindergarten, that she wanted to be an artist! Her career started with an internship at DC Comics (those are the guys who make Superman); she worked for Scholastic Books (those are the guys who make Clifford). That combo of Superman and Clifford gave her a great start in learning how to make things look fun and interesting for kids.

Since then she has illustrated and authored over 20 books for children, including "Noah's Swim-A-Thon" which was a PJ Library selection, and "My Cousin Tamar Lives in Israel" which was given a Notable Book designation by the Association of Jewish Libraries.

Ann has designed everything from toys (Alma's Designs) to calendars (Tide-Mark Press) to formal Ketubot. Many greeting card companies such as Hallmark, Papyrus and Great Arrow Graphics have featured her work. View many of Ann's other pieces at
