Since 2009, Miami Beach Chocolates is recognized throughout the South Florida area as "Fine Handmade Chocolates". Its products are made with all natural ingredients including fine chocolate, butter creams, fruits and nuts. Miami Beach Chocolates does not add preservatives, extenders, or additives. The company is owned by Rachael and Eli Schachter, a mother and son team that focuses on quality, taste and presentation. Each bite, at least the ones we sampled, provided a rich, luxurious chocolate experience. The chocolate can be enjoyed by any consumer – choices include parve (dairy free) and cholov Yisroel dairy and regular dairy confections.
